In its home country of Indonesia 'kupu-kupu' means butterfly. The Kupu Kupu Merah, the Red Butterfly, is made with a rattan frame and natural rattan lattice. Our rattan is sourced from a region of Borneo where the tropical trees the rattan grows on are protected by the rattan. Learn more in our about section.
